Get ready for intelligence for your life. My name is John Tesh, and did you know there is a simple thing you can do every day that can improve your brain power and turn back the clock on your cognitive health to the point that your brain functions as if it were several years younger?
Just get some everyday incidental activity. The Penn State College of Medicine found that middle-aged people who simply participated in quote everyday movement like walking the dog or doing chores wound up with improved brain function.
Specifically, their cognitive processing speed was equivalent to being four years younger. Previous studies have shown that consistently getting moderate to intense exercise very good for brain health, but the difference with this study is that it showed how simple movements can improve brain function in the short term. Good stuff.
