INTELLIGENCE FOR YOUR LIFE RADIO “WORD OF THE DAY” CONTEST RULES

To provide fair and equal chance of winning, the following are the official rules for the Word Of the Day Contest.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

All winners must be 13 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted by TeshMedia Group.

1. Entering Contests and Choosing and Contacting Winners

Winners of random submission contests will be chosen at random from entries received each weekday.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the district of Columbia and Canada who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Minors under the age of eighteen (18) must submit permission from parent or legal guardian to participate in writing to Teshmedia Group at info@tkomarketing.net prior to entering contest. The laws of the United States will govern this promotion. Do not enter if you are not currently thirteen (13) years of age or older and located in the United States or Canada. By entering this contest, you represent and warrant that you are thirteen (13) years of age or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Entries can not be longer than 255 characters.

Winners of this contest will be contacted at the email address used to enter the contest within 14 days of winning, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. The Teshmedia Group will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email. Should a minor under the age of eighteen (18) win, prize winnings will be made to parent or legal guardian.

One entry per person per day is allowed in this contest, however a person may only win once. Unless otherwise specified by TeshMedia Group, no person may enter contest more than once using multiple email addresses.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Teshmedia Group from the winning sender email address within 14 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Teshmedia Group is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

2. Submission of photo, text or other content for Contest
Entries selected for display and to win contest will be judged entirely at the discretion of Teshmedia Group.

By submitting an entry to this contest, you hereby grant to Teshmedia Group and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo, text or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to Teshmedia Group includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photo, text or information.

By submitting photo, text or information to Teshmedia Group, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo, text or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Teshmedia Group herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

You acknowledge and agree that Teshmedia Group shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo, text or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo, text or information that you submit to Teshmedia Group.

You understand and intend that any photo, text or information submitted by you to Teshmedia Group may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo, text or information you submit to Teshmedia Group. By submitting any photo, text or information to Teshmedia Group, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo, text or information submitted by you to Teshmedia Group.

You hereby agree to hold Teshmedia Group and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any Teshmedia Group site or TeshMedia social media pages on social media sites such as Facebook or youtube, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any photo, text or information submitted to Teshmedia Group by you.

Photo, text or information submitted by you to TeshMedia Group shall be the property of Teshmedia Group, and Teshmedia Group shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any photo, text or information submitted.

3. Awarding Prizes
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred on all their winnings. All winners are required to verify proper and legal picture identification and Social Security number upon notification of winning the cash prize. Winner may forfeit any and all winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 14 days. Upon proper verification, winnings will be awarded by general gift card, and mailed to winner's mailing address within fourteen (14) business days.

Each prizewinner must supply Teshmedia Group with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, social security number, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.

Neither Teshmedia Group, Teshmedia Group sponsors, nor employees of Teshmedia Group may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage by any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the prize by winner. Teshmedia Group  is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Teshmedia Group.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Teshmedia Group may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Management, employees and families of Teshmedia Group are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Teshmedia Group.
